Section 4 - Modifications to the Service and prices

Prices may change without notice. We may modify or discontinue the Service, or any part or content of it, at any time without notice. We are not liable for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance.

Section 5 - Products or Services

Certain products or Services may be exclusively online, limited in quantity, and subject to return or exchange only according to our Refund Policy: [LINK TO REFUND POLICY]. We aim to display product colours and images accurately, but cannot guarantee your monitor’s display. We may limit sales, quantities, descriptions, pricing, or discontinue products at any time. We do not warrant that products, Services, information or material will meet expectations or that Service errors will be corrected.

Section 6 - Accuracy of billing and account information

We may refuse orders and limit or cancel quantities per person, household or order, including orders using the same account, credit card, or billing/shipping address. We may notify you of changes or cancellations using the details supplied. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information and promptly update your email address and payment details. Section 7 - Optional tools

We may provide access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor control. They are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties, representations, conditions or endorsement, and we have no liability arising from their use. Use is at your own risk and discretion. New Services, features, tools and resources offered through the website are subject to these Terms.

Section 8 - Third-party links

Third-party links may direct you to websites not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating their content or accuracy and have no liability for third-party materials, websites, products, Services or transactions. Section 9 - User comments, feedback and other submissions

Comments, ideas, suggestions, proposals and other materials you send may be edited, copied, published, distributed, translated and otherwise used by us without restriction. We have no obligation to keep comments confidential, compensate for them, or respond. We may monitor, edit or remove unlawful, offensive or objectionable content. You are responsible for your comments and their accuracy, and they must not violate third-party rights or contain unlawful, abusive, obscene, misleading or malicious material.

Section 10 - Personal information

Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be viewed here: [LINK TO PRIVACY POLICY]

Section 11 - Errors, inaccuracies and omissions

Occasionally site or Service information may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, shipping charges, transit times and availability. We may correct errors, update information or cancel orders at any time without prior notice, including after an order has been submitted, except where required by law.

Section 12 - Prohibited uses

You are prohibited from using the site or its content for unlawful purposes; soliciting unlawful acts; violating laws; infringing intellectual property; harassment or discrimination; submitting false information; transmitting malicious code; collecting personal information; spamming, phishing, crawling or scraping; obscene or immoral purposes; or interfering with security features. We may terminate use of the Service for violating prohibited uses.

Section 13 - Disclaimer of warranties; limitation of liability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free Service, or accurate or reliable results. Section 15 - Severability

If any provision of these Terms is unlawful, void or unenforceable, it remains enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. The unenforceable portion is severed and does not affect the validity and enforceability of remaining provisions.

Section 16 - Termination

Obligations and liabilities incurred before termination survive for all purposes. These Terms are effective until terminated by you or us. You may terminate by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services or by ceasing use of our site. If we believe you have failed to comply with a term, we may terminate without notice and deny access to Services; you remain liable for amounts due up to the termination date.

Section 17 - Entire agreement

Failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision does not waive that right or provision. These Terms and policies or operating rules posted on this site constitute the entire agreement governing your use of the Service and supersede prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications and proposals. Ambiguities shall not be construed against the drafting party.

Section 18 - Governing law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Arab Emirates.

Section 19 - Changes to terms of service

You can review the most current version of the Terms at any time on this page. We may update, change or replace any part at our sole discretion by posting updates and changes to the website.
